Terms of service
These terms apply when you play Campus Clash, made by Ranga Digital. By playing, you agree to them. They are in addition to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Your account
- You play with your Steam account, and your game profile is linked to it. Keep your Steam account secure; you are responsible for what happens on it.
- You must meet Steam's minimum age, and you must be at least 13.
- One player, one account. Don't share, sell or buy accounts.
Virtual items and currencies
- Gems, Gold, Shards, cards, packs, season passes, cosmetics and other items in the game are a licence to use them in Campus Clash. You don't own them, they have no cash value, and they can't be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else.
- Paid items are sold through Steam. Prices are shown in your Steam currency before you confirm. Steam handles payment, and refunds follow Steam's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove what it gave you; if that has already been spent, your balance may go below zero, and a chargeback may lead to the account being suspended while we review it.
- Packs contain random cards. The chance of each rarity is shown in the shop before you buy.
- Season passes and season rewards apply to the season they belong to. When a season ends, its pass can no longer be bought or earned.
- If something you paid for can't be delivered, you receive Gems of at least the same value instead.
Fair play
Don't:
- cheat, use bots or automation, or change the game, its files or its network traffic;
- exploit bugs to gain items, currency or rating (please report them instead);
- deliberately lose matches, share matches with another account, or manipulate rankings;
- harass, threaten or impersonate other players, or use offensive names;
- attack, overload or try to get into our servers.
If you do, we may remove items or rating gained unfairly, reset progress, or suspend or close the account. We look at reports and match records before acting on anything serious. If you think we got it wrong, contact support.
The game changes
Campus Clash is an online game that we keep improving. We may change cards and their balance, prices, rewards, events and seasons, and we may add or remove features. Some features need an internet connection and our servers to be running. If we ever close the game for good, we will give at least 60 days' notice in the game and on Steam, and stop selling paid items when we announce it.
Your content
Bug reports and feedback you send may be used to improve the game. Deck names and other text you enter must follow the fair-play rules above.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the game running and your account safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for problems caused by Steam, your computer or your internet connection. Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Ending your account
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time in Settings > Support & Privacy. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Your rights under the privacy policy continue after either.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update them here with a new date and tell players in the game if the change is significant. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
